What AgentDesk is

AgentDesk is a tool for real estate agents to collect what their clients need, organise viewings and keep every conversation in order. It is run by SEO by Yoni FZC (United Arab Emirates). These terms apply from 6 October 2026.

AgentDesk is not a brokerage, a property portal or a party to any transaction between you, your clients and property owners. You remain responsible for your work, your licence and the law that applies to it.

Your account

One account is for one agent. You keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You must be at least 18 and allowed to work as an agent where you work.

You may try AgentDesk free for the trial period shown when you sign up. After that, the app works while a subscription is active. If a payment fails we keep your data for a grace period and then pause the account; you can reactivate it at any time before it is archived.

Your data and your clients' data

Everything you and your clients put into AgentDesk is yours. We only use it to run the app for you. We never sell it, never share it with other agents and never use it to contact your clients ourselves.

You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold your clients' details and for answering their requests about them. AgentDesk gives you tools to export and delete.

When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that feature is sent to the AI provider configured for the app, with personal details removed where possible. You can switch AI features off.

Fair use

Do not use AgentDesk to send unsolicited messages, to collect data about people who are not your clients, or to do anything illegal. We may suspend an account that harms other people or the service.

Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; the account stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price applies.

Service and liability

We work to keep AgentDesk available and we back it up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose data. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. When we do, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
