Who we are

AgentDesk (https://horoscup.com) is operated by SEO by Yoni FZC, Business Centre,Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You can write to info@seobyyoni.com about anything in this policy. This version applies from 6 October 2026.

What we collect about you (the agent)

Your name, email, phone number, photo and brand if you add them, your language and city, the device and time of your sign-ins, and how you use the app (which features, how often) so we can improve it.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we only see the last digits of a card and the status of the subscription.

What we hold on your behalf (your clients' data)

The details your clients enter in your forms: name, contact, what they are looking for, budget, availability, and the notes, visits, offers and messages you add. We process this data only on your instructions and only to run the app for you. You are the controller of this data; we are the processor.

How we use it

To run the app, to send you the notifications you asked for, to send your clients the confirmations and reminders you trigger, to support you when you ask, to bill the subscription and to keep the service safe.

AI features send the minimum text needed to the AI provider configured for the app; names and contact details are removed where possible. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (servers in the region shown in the app settings), our email and messaging providers, our payment provider and our AI provider, each only for their part. We do not sell data and we do not share your clients with anyone.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. When an account is archived we delete its data after 90 days, except invoices and records we must keep by law. You can delete any client, or export everything, at any time from the app.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export and delete your data from the app, or ask us at info@seobyyoni.com. If you are in a place with a data protection authority, you can also complain to it.
